Delete Your Data
Take Up has no user-facing account. You can permanently erase app-managed private and anonymous community data from inside the app.
Delete all app-managed data
- Open Take Up.
- Open Settings.
- Select Data & Backup.
- Select Delete All Private Data.
- Read the explanation, complete the typed confirmation, and confirm permanent deletion.
This erases the local database and Take Up-managed local/iCloud backups, removes the anonymous Brotherhood identity and data tied to it, and returns the app to onboarding.
Community ownership and matching
If you own a non-empty private circle, ownership transfers to its oldest remaining member and the creator label becomes “Former member.” A matched two-person Anchor circle is deleted when the matched identity is erased.
App Store subscription
Removing data or deleting the app does not cancel an App Store subscription; manage subscriptions in your Apple Account.
